Guests must exchange their voucher at the ticket office.
The audio guide app must be downloaded onto your smartphone.
Wheelchairs are available upon request, and an elevator provides access to the upper floor. However, there are no benches along the visitor route.
EU citizens under 18 and non-EU minors can enter free of charge by presenting a valid ID at the ticket office.
Admission is free for all visitors on the first Sunday of each month.
