Amazing Afternoon
Great guide, beautiful, scenic tour!
It's not a "tour" its just a driver in a school bus without A/C
While our driver was a lovely person and very professional, this tour was not what I was expecting at all. "Local Guide" let me to believe that we'd be learning more about what we were seeing. While he was great and available for recommendations etc, it definitely wasn't a "tour" which i expected. (Telling us about the region, history etc). Instead, the stereo just played top 40 songs. This was almost $100 to ride in a school bus (without A/C) then wait in lines to purchase anything. Additionally only one winery did a classic "tasting" where they walked us through what we were sampling - the rest felt just like bars. If you're just looking for a driver, I think you could definitely hire someone privately that may end up being cheaper depending on how many are in your party. I've never been wrong booking a TripAdvisor recommended activity, but this one just really missed the mark on the value.
