From enoteca to osteria, you’ll get a true flavor of what makes Rome’s cuisine so unique and delicious. Start the evening like an Italian getting to know your local guide and small group of travelers (12 people max) over a glass of wine or prosecco paired with cured meats and cheeses from the region. After, pop by a family-run restaurant making the best supplì in town for over 40 years on your way to try Rome's beloved cocktail, the aperol spritz, at an iconic neighborhood institution. Take a short walk to a cozy wine bar to sample three types of bruschette with a glass of red and white wine. Then, sit down at a typical trattoria for a family-style pasta dinner and more wine. No trip to Rome is complete without gelato! Enjoy a cup or cone before parting ways with your guide. You’ll end the tour with invaluable insight into how to eat like a local for the rest of your visit. - This tour meets 10 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- From August 6th 2021, all Italy sites we visit will require clients and guides alike to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test completed within 48 hours prior to entry. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts
Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure.

Lara was a wonderful local tour guide!! The whole trip was as seamless, fun, and we felt prepared with parking logistics. Highly recommend the morning tour, as there was very little traffic and we had fewer tourists to navigate around. Also be prepared to be soaked on the boat tour! The priority tickets get you to the front of the boat and the waterfall spray hits you directly in the face. So fun!!
