### Cin cin! Your Roman Night Begins
You’ll start your Trastevere food tour by saying “*cin cin*!” to your first glass of wine with many more to come throughout the evening. At your first stop, you’ll sip a glass of __sparkling wine__ paired with __prosciutto and cheese__ at a local enoteca.

### The Supplì Stop Locals Swear By
Then, you’re off to try a classic Roman street food, __*supplì*__, at a humble restaurant that's been making these delicious fried rice balls the best since they opened in 1979.

### Aperitivo at a Roman Icon
At your next stop, you’ll learn that the Italian drinking scene is not just about wine. Here, you’ll have a __spritz__ in Trastevere's most iconic bar—it’s essentially considered a monument among generations of locals!

### The Perfect Pair: Wine & Bruschetta
Next up on your Trastevere food tour, you’ll weave your way through the charming backstreets of the neighborhood to visit a fantastic __enoteca__ where everything has been hand-picked by the owner with love and care. Taste two different wines from two unique regions in Italy to pair with three different __*bruschette*__, and learn the importance of pairing the right wine with your food.

### Pasta & More Wine, Roman Style
Now, it's the moment you’ve all been waiting for—pasta! Enjoy __classic Roman pasta__ at a renowned __family-run restaurant__. You’ll either dine at Checco er Carettiere, run by Stefania and her  family for three generations, or Ferrara, owned by two sisters and housed in a 13th century convent.

When we say these restaurants are popular, we mean it! But luckily, you’ll have a table reserved for your group, and your guide will take care of ordering the must-try dishes. If you thought it couldn’t get better, we’ll be sipping two types of hearty Italian wine perfectly paired with your pasta.
