- Please bring swimwear or extra underwear. If you plan to wear your boxers or panties during the hammam ritual, make sure you have an extra pair to put on afterwards.
- Oil massage is not applied to children under 12 years old.

The massage was really nice. But there was all too much noise and people everywhere. Talked very loud and no respect that you come to relax, stress down and you could in no way.
Wonderful experience – highly recommended
From start to finish, this experience was incredibly well organized and truly memorable. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome and safe. Everything ran on time, the communication was clear, and even small details were thoughtfully taken care of. I especially appreciated how relaxed the atmosphere was, I would happily do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Not recommended
Unfortunately, it has been a disappointment for us. The hygiene / cleanliness leaves more than to be desired. The plant is unfortunately outdated and also not kept in good shape. When you get washed, the dirty water from the others flows on you. The pool smells totally muddy and the water is not exactly inviting either. You're promised more than you get. Massages do not last an hour, the facials are not as discussed. The shampoo and soap that should be available does not exist. The tabs are rubber tabs that everyone can take, but nothing is disinfected but they are put back on the shelf. No toilet paper is refilled on toilet, the faucet is broken. All in one we would neither come back, nor recommend it to anyone.
Really relaxing experience
My booking included sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, foam scrub, mud face pack and a 20 min massage. I was taken to the Hanzade Spa in Konalki. Yes, as usual they tried to upsell other packages included being told part way through the massage that the masseur had identified issues which he could work on for 100 euros etc but this is pretty normal here in Turkey and once I'd said no several times that was fine. Massage is pretty gentle but I was happy with that. For under £20 including transport to and from the hotel it's a bargain
