Learned so much about Areco!
Our private tour of the Pampas was led by Marcelo. He showed us the beauties of the pampas in his most charming and personal way. Marcelo was the perfect tour guide with lots of humor, quick wit and dedication. We first went to the old town of Areco. There we were fascinated by the Draghi museum which is family run and operated featuring some of the best silver smiths in the world. It is truly incredible to see what these artisans can create with their hands and just a few tools. After that, we went to visit the local church. Its ornamentation and decoration were very well combined inside and the building itself was bright and visually stunning. After visiting the town a bit, we went to the "Ombu" Estancia. It was fantastic experiencing the gaucho and horse demonstration and the folkloric was also entertaining. Last but not least, the asado and the wine were great! It was definitely worth it
