Couldn't be easier! I went online and had my tickets in minutes, right onto my phone. Plus, they send a reminder, which if you're traveling, is a huge help.
Everything was perfect.
We were fortunate to be guided by Cosetta. A passionate and highly knowledgeable guide on English history, she made the visit to the Tower of London truly captivating. Moreover, she was very available to take us around London, sharing anecdotes and curiosities. Having a guide like Cosetta truly makes a difference.
TOO many kids
It's a very busy venue. Thousands of yelling school children. The audio guide is VERY difficult to hear. Children's entrances times should be altered with adult entry.

No Tickets
When I booked our tickets the information went to my phone, there was no tickets to view. When we got to The Tower of London the ticket seller could not find the either, but we had a reference number so she kindly let us in.
