You will receive a voucher to exchange at the meeting point at your scheduled time. Our staff will then escort you to the entrance of the Vatican Museums.
The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close certain areas, including the Sistine Chapel, without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that such closures do not qualify for a refund.

Please ensure shoulders and knees are covered — shorts and sleeveless tops are not permitted.
The Vatican Museums offer free admission to visitors with a certified disability of over 74%. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one companion is also entitled to free entry.
Entry to the Vatican Museums is only permitted at the time stated on your ticket. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please note that pets, large bags, alcohol, drugs, sprays, aerosols, and glass items aren’t allowed on the tour.
