Full description
You will be picked up from your hotel in Cairo and transported to the site, where you start your tour. Your tour begins with a visit to the majestic pyramids; you will visit the pyramids of Chephren, Mykerinus, and Cheops. After spending some time at the pyramids, you will see the Great Sphinx, which consists of the pharaoh’s head joined with a lion’s body. This structure dates back as far as the period of Chephren. You will also visit the Valley Temple assigned to the Chephren pyramids. The temple served dual functions; it was used in the mummification procedure of the king and was also used to cleanse the mummy of the king before its burial.
At the end of the tour, return to your hotel in Cairo.
