How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your ticket (printed or on a device) to a member of staff at Stop #1 before boarding the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus.

What is the child ticket policy?

A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 4 - 12. Children aged 3 and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a commentary available in my language?

Commentary is available in 9 languages. Tune into the pre-recorded commentary, languages include: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, Hebrew & Russian. The commentary is available via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.
