Full description

Embark on a 7-hour paranormal adventure led by experienced paranormal researchers. Explore historic sites, cemeteries, and more. Be prepared to step outside and do some walking, so put on your most comfortable shoes and dress according to the weather. Lunch will be served at an establishment known for its haunting atmosphere. Soft drinks are included with the meal, and a cash bar is available for those who'd like something stronger. Don't forget to bring your camera and any ghost hunting tools you may have—if not, you're welcome to use ours. The price includes the full tour, transport, and lunch. Starting with the eerie St. Mary's Church and Cemetery, known for its spooky atmosphere, we will then venture to the mysterious Cuba Road and White Cemetery, renowned for tales of ghostly cars and a phantom lady in white. Our tour will also include a visit to the Fox River Grove Accident Site, a tragic location where uncanny apparitions and sounds have been reported. We will also explore the historic Mineola Hotel, built in the late 1880s, where it's believed that the spirits of previous owners and patrons still linger. Our final stop will be The Gate in Libertyville, where according to legend, a maniac once killed several girls from a nearby school and placed their heads on the gate's spikes, which are said to reappear during every full moon. Learn the real history and the real paranormal experiences that have happened there.

My brother and I went on The Resurrection Mary 4-Hour Bus Tour experience with American Ghost Walks in May 2025. Tony was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and we both had a lot of fun!!! I've always been fascinated with anything Resurrection Mary so this tour was right up my alley. We got to use ghost equipment at a few places and got to stop at a cool Irish bar near the old Willowbrook Ballroom (as well as stop at Chet's Melody Lounge). The highlight was visiting Resurrection cemetery and seeing the front gates up close where Resurrection Mary bent the bars back. My mom is buried in that cemetery and my brother and I will be buried with her when our time comes. My mom and I picked that cemetery specifically because of Resurrection Mary. My mom used to dance at the old Willowbrook ballroom and loved the idea of being near there as well as going to Chet's Melody Lounge (bar) across the street. Thank you for a very fun experience!!! I would highly recommend this tour and our guide Tony. :)

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about all things ghost and definitely knows his city. He was very friendly and we enjoyed our time.

It was so much fun and educational I’m not from Chicago so this told me about a lot of the history of Chicago. If I ever come back to Chicago will definitely do another.
