Was good but...
I went yesterday and the hot air balloon ride was incredible, the breakfast was simple but acceptable, the pyramids were amazing, and the guide was fine... Everything would have been perfect were it not for the driver Fernando we unfortunately ended up with. He was rude from the moment he picked us up and drove at excessive speeds; for a moment, I thought we were running late and tried to be understanding, but we ended up waiting quite a while at the reception area, so his driving was undoubtedly reckless. On top of that, he would jerk the vehicle forward abruptly at every stop; one of the other passengers in our van even complained to the guide and other staff members about the situation, but apparently, nothing was done about it. I imagine they spoke to Him, because his attitude got even worse afterward. In the end, that passenger was lucky enough to switch drivers and move to another van, but the rest of us were stuck with him. I can only say that it is inconceivable for someone like that to be providing a service. Sadly, because of him, the rest of the otherwise good experience was ruined. I am writing this without expecting anything in return—simply so people know, and hopefully, something will be done about it.
