Disappointing tour to Morocco

Our tour to Tangier was dissapointing. After a 25 minute late start, turns out our tour guide didn't speak any English, on a bus fulled with English speaking clients. She never introduced herself and provided no commentary at all. Our bus was awful too. It wasn't old, but the suspension was race tuned - we felt all the very many bumps in the road for three hours in each direction. There were no comfort stops in either direction on the long bus ride. At Tangier the tour was somewhat entertaining. 6/10 for that part. In all an underwhelming experience.

Last minute cancellation

We booked a day trip from Cadiz to Tangier and were told we'd be picked up at a specific location at 8:30am. We were there at 8:25 and no driver showed up. We called the offices several times until we were told at 9:15 that "there was a problem with the driver" and our trip was cancelled. No other explanation, no apolpgy at that time. They did keep their promise to refund the cost of trip, but we planned our trip to Cadiz around this tour, it's quite disappointing that we were not informed of the problem, the company made no effort to reach out to us, we had to press them to tell us what was going on. Other reviewers spoke of how great the tour was, unfortunately we can't say that. Book with Naturanda at your own risk.
