Departure by bus from Milan to St. Moritz enjoying a scenic journey with a short rest stop along the way.
Arrival in St. Moritz. Discover and explore the charm of this beautiful and exclusive Swiss city. Free time for lunch before beginning your unforgettable journey aboard the Red Train.
Pass by: Lets start this no stop train journey with one of the main highlights: the station of Ospizio Bernina who it is located at 2,253 meters above sea level, making it the highest-altitude station on the Rhaetian Railway. From the train, you will see Alp Grüm, the Palü Glacier, and Lake Palü.
Pass by: Your journey on the Red Train continues past wild gorges and icy glaciers, crossing soaring bridges and shooting through spiral tunnels. It takes you over the iconic Brusio Viaduct and through the Bernina Pass (2,253 meters above sea level) into the Engadin Valley, before arriving in Tirano.
Your train journey will end in Tirano, a beautiful and authentic Italian town. Enjoy some free time before boarding the bus for the return journey

Great Day Out at the Swiss Apls!
It was one of the best tour experience I ever had. The schedule was nice, not rushed at all. Ample time was given during the first stop on the way to St. Moritz. Also there was lots of time at St. Moritz to explore before getting on the Red Train. Angelo, the Tour Leader, gave very precise and clear instructions to the whole group. Not a single person was ever late! That made it a pleasant experience! Victor, our bus driver, drove well and kept us safe throughout the whole journey. It was a nice gesture that the tour company booked out a whole carriage for the group. Makes it feel very exclusive. Overall, a great trip. Thanks again to Angelo and Victor for taking good care of everyone and making the trip memorable!
Train experience unpleasant
Guide Angelo was great and so was the bus driver. But the tour does not expressly say that the train will not be THE BERNINA EXPRESS but a local train with smaller windows and opposing seats so close that they would touch knees of the passengers on the opposite side. The entire coach looked and felt like Sardine Express.
Great experience overall!
Simone (guide) and Chavy (driver) were outstanding! Simone was professional, funny, festive, thorough with directions and translated into multiple languages repeatedly. He added a lot to the day! Chevy is an amazing and safe driver of a coach bus up to St Moritz on twistback turns that did not look possible. Weather shrouded our views but it was a fun day!
A journey of happy memories
A truly beautiful trip to the Alps with our guide Simon. The scenery was breathtaking. I highly recommend it; it was truly a trip of a lifetime. Thank you to the friendly guide for his cooperation. It was an absolutely wonderful trip.
Excellent day with Angelo...
Excellent day with Angelo and Davide. Good organization, comfortable bus, amazing views. If you have an extra day around Milan I would totally recommend. Not too much walking around, which can be a plus.
