DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Our family of 10 arrived on an international fight into Dublin close to on-time. There was a delay in getting a gate assignment that left us on the tarmac for an extended period of time. Once deplaned, we traveled through customs and baggage collection relatively quickly, however, Dublin Airport Collections INSTRUCTED our two drivers TO LEAVE because they said their time was up and couldn't wait any longer. On one hand, I understand trying to schedule around airlines to be a challenge, and if forced to leave, that is a business decision that has to be made. However, Dublin Airport Collections went one step further in their display of POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, they CHOSE NOT TO REFUND the cost of the booking. That means I paid them for NO SERVICE PROVIDED! So not only did I have to scramble to find alternate transportation, I had to pay them even though they provided NO SERVICE TO ME. In decades of business travel I have never had any transportation provider cancel AND still require payment. I ESCALATED to the highest point in the organization but to no avail. If you value your time and money, DO NOT USE Dublin Airport Collections!
Transportation
We were very happy to see our driver waiting for us as we exited the baggage claim area. It was great to have plenty of room for our group and luggage. I was even able to book him to pick us up when we return to the airport.
Dublin Airport to Tralee Transport
Excellent service travelling with kids and a grandmother from Dublin airport to Tralee. Great communication, on time, friendly driver and high quality vehicle. The online booking was easy to make too.

It was a very nice trip with a driwer that told us a lot about Bublin! Very interesting! Told us very much about the history of Irland and Dublin!
