Worst experience

Tour started at 5pm and I arrived at 4:55pm. Guide was not at the gate. Tried to have gate agent access Viator site for the tickets and the site was down. Agent had my phone and was unable to contact tour guide. They declined refunding me and lost money for this experience. Poor customer service on the tour company.
