Not as described

It’s a boat ride. They made us wait outside, in 102 weather for about 10 minutes. In the heat that seemed more like 20 minutes. No customer service, pretty much you’re on your own. No description of what you’re seeing. Poor No air conditioning. We were told they’re fixing it. I’d say this is a $7 ride, not $15.

Horrible customer service

Canceled it with no heads up or refund. Drove there wasted my time and my gas just to find out it was canceled.

Still waiting on a refund

Due to the Fourth of July yesterday, the event was canceled at River Port Authority I wish I was aware if it was sent out any emails or any notification on my phones, but I had to travel an entire different state just to go get canceled. I’m just looking for a refund.

Misleading description

Cruise ended even before night lights were turned on, not sure why it's named night cruise. There was no tour guide in the cruise as mentioned in description.
