They charged me for the phone and when I was going to get on the boat they told me there were no departures that day and they haven't returned my money
State of Liberty Boat trip
Booked this trip and boat did not turn up and waited over an hour and no one answers phone when I rang to find out what had happened - Disgusting service and DO NOT BOOK this trip - SCAMMERS!!!!
Great music and comedic experience. Loved the vibes.
It was raining but still a great experience! We enjoyed the skyline views. Perfect way to see Lady Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, The Vessel, Little Island, and more.
Disappointing
Value for money very bad. Unclear indications the address given was ten minutes walk from the real meeting place. boat very old when we were promised a yacht. Music way too loud on board
Not good
Trip itself was good - but trip advisor let me buy a 90 minute sunset cruise and i got a phone call from the company saying to be there at 4:00 because the last boat leaves at 4:30 and it was barely a 60 minute trip and definitely not at sunset. So i paid almost double and I’ve been trying to contact the company and no one has returned my calls. So make sure you know what you’re signing up for if you go through this company!
