- A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the ferry. This means no open containers, alcohol, weapons, large bags, luggage or scooters are allowed
- Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+)
- If you choose to upgrade to include 9/11 Museum entry, your timed entry to the Museum will be scheduled for after the guided walking tour.
- This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly
- Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit
- February 2025 – Due to construction, priority boarding is temporarily suspended
- If there are only a few French-speaking or Spanish-speaking guests on the tour, you will be in a tour group with English speakers as well, and will have a bi-lingual guide who will give commentary in either both French and English, or both English and Spanish

A great day in NYC! Perfect tour that hit three important places in NY. Our tour guide was wonderful - full of info, a lot of fun and amazing at moving our group through the maze that is NY. Highly recommend this tour!

Tour guide blew us off!!!😵💫
Terrible experience! Due to a delayed ferry we were going to arrive at 9:00, which was tue time of the tour. The dock was a 10 minute walk to the starting point. We got a call from the tour guide, who said she was leaving and couldn’t wait. I asked if we could catch up to the group at their next stop…she said no. I asked if we could reschedule for the 1:00, and she referred me to the office. I tried many times (I saved the call log) and the phone never connected. We gave up and made other arrangements to get to the Statue, and walked to the 911 memorial ourselves. We will be seeking a refund of the charge with our CC company…I suggest the operator doesn’t object. Social media is a strong tool when used properly.
The actual experience was...
The actual experience was amazing. The ticketing was a nightmare. Website failed over and over again. We were unable to pull our tickets and phone calls and emails went unanswered. We showed up at the meeting spot not sure if we were going to be able to go or not since we didn't have the tickets. They only needed our name. Our tour guides name was Nina and she was great - super informative. In the end, this tour was well worth it. Viator needs to improve their website and customer service. If I were to do this again, I would probably book through a different tour service.
