It was wonderful

Nina was so sweet and kind, he thoughtful explained everything and didn’t push us to do certain things if we didn’t want to. She made lively conversation and made the experience that much more enjoyable. She helped us get the best views and the best experience. Overall wonderful.

Great Way to See the Highlights

We took this tour on Memorial Day weekend and the weather was not the best, so the meet-up was a little confusing. Once we got underway and joined up with our tour guide, Nina, it was a great experience! Nina was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and knew the ins-and-outs of the ferries and where to position us to get the best views.

No Customer Service

I can't speak about the tour because I had an issue and needed to reschedule. I called the number I was given multiple times. I didn't get an answer or a call back from the multiple times that I called. It would have been nice to get a call back to get some clarity on my options. When I didn't get a call back, I decided to make other plans and will not be doing a tour with them in the future.

Crsp

Lousy leader doesn’t speak English well, poor crowd control, don’t give us any information. We didn’t already know. Couldn’t hear him, voice too low. Worst waste of time ever.

Great time

Our guide Leann was so amazing. She was so fun to be around and so knowledgeable! We wanted to do it again just to hear it one more time
