Not a good value

I do not think it was of value. It was hard to hear the little bit said by the tour guide. Needs to speak louder or get some kind of aid. Got to Statue of Liberty with the guide for tour on our own. Met the guide at the ferry for trip to Ellis Island but she did not get on. At that point, we were on our own. Never saw her again. Viewed Ellis, got on ferry to shore and made our own way to the 911 museum on our own. May have just as well done everything on our own. Not a good value for what we paid.

Requested full refund $259.98 for 2

Requested a full refund. Didn't finish the tour. Never saw 9-11 memorial or museum. Guide did nothing except get us on the 1st ferry. Told us when and where to meet her after self tour of Statue of Liberty, she never showed. Saw her at Ellis Island, asked where she was, "I took an earlier ferry". She passed out and was taken away on a wheelchair leaving the ones that were left to fend for themselves. Correction...booked thru TRIPADVISER. Total waste of $259.98!!!!

Horrible hostess.

The tour itself was fine, but our tour guide left us, we didn’t get to see the crown and torch that we paid to see. When we got to the 911 museum we weren’t allowed in because apparently that wasn’t included in the ticket.

Guided tour of Statue, Eliss Island and Memorial.

Vivian was awesome!!!!! Would recommend her every time. The set up, meeting place, guides, and Vivian's extensive knowledge made the trip a wonderful experience for all of us. The ferry rides were well laid out.
