Traveler reviews
Rahsaan was our tour...
Rahsaan was our tour guide and he was so engaging and informative. We learned so many things about the rich culture of New Orleans. This is a MUST do! You will not be disappointed. We took our tour at 2:30PM. If you can scheduled your tour in the morning hours during the brutal heat of summer. They did have misting tents to alleviate some of the heat. Thank you again for the tour!
Incredible
The experience was absolutely incredible. We’ve had an amazing tour guide that was full of great information. Thank you for the experience.
Enlightened experience
Alan was an incredible guide!
Horrible experience
My friends and I was so excited to do the cemetery walk. When we arrived we went to check in and gave are wrist bands and told us that are time slot was not yet and to go look around. While we were waiting they kept calling out and I walk up to the lady at the counter just to make sure if we should be in that group and she said no. It would be the next group so we sat back down. When they called the next group we got up and waited when the tour guide came around he looked at out band and told us that we should have gone with the group before. When I mentioned that I asked the lady at the counter she told us the next group. The tour guide told us that we could not join that group because there needs to be a limit per group and when I asked if we could just join the group before they said no. He told me to go talk to the ladies at the counter so we did and they told us that we would have to join another group but that would not be until later that day. I said that would not work and I asked for a refund and the lady told me she gave me my money back but I never recieved anything. If You do this please just know you have a color band and that if you are not sure please at the tour guy and not the lady's at the counter so this does not happen to you. This was the main thing I was looking forward to doing on my trip to New orleans
Love
Was a little fast paced. Guide (Deni) was great but the way it was structured was fast paced. I would like to have an hour to go see the tombs I want to see and just take it all in.
