Pass by: The Liberdade neighborhood is the Japanese area. It's where every weekend takes place the Art, Craft and Culture Fair. Neighborhood lighting poles catch tourists attention and characterize the region for its beautiful Japanese style lamps.
Visit the Sé Cathedral which was inspired by medieval European churches. The imposing construction marks the center of São Paulo (the ground zero of the city is at Sé Square), a very busy area.
Pass by: Historic São Paulo founding site and museum of the city. With the intention to teach and catechize the natives, the Jesuits built the first school and began what 4 centuries later would become the largest city in the Southern hemisphere.
Pass by: The San Benedictine Monastery is one of those sacred tips that also applies to people who are not religious. The building hosted Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to Brazil. Believers are attracted by the masses with Gregorian chants, and shop with breads, cakes, cookies and jams made by the monks themselves and whose recipes are secular.

Luz Station has played a big role in the history of Brazil. Over the past century, the station has become a gateway for millions of immigrants, from where they came by train after they arrived in Brazil at the port of Santos. The mass wave of immigrants upgraded the then small town of São Paulo to an important metropolis along the 20th century.
São Paulo Municipal Market is one of the main attractions of the city and a mandatory stop for everyone visit São Paulo. Do not miss out on the myriad of fruits, nuts, wines, cheeses, beers, food etc.. A summary of Brasil can be found in it.
Walk through the fascinating Paulista avenue. A place that is sure to impress you not only with its appearance, but also with its much rich history that may seem common in the eyes of some, but in the company of an expert tour guide can be mind-blowing.

Visit the heart of the street art in São Paulo, Batman’s alley is an area where virtually no surface is left untouched. This lengthy stretch of high-walled residences in Vila Madalena, showcases some of the most impressive spray paint murals around. The constantly changing nature of the art form means there's sure to be something striking and new with each visit.
Pass by: Visit Vila Madalena which is a reference when it comes artistic expression of all kind. The Vila has evolved into a cultural hub for artists, small private art galleries and studios, several hotspots for street art.
Pass by: "High-end Boutiques" Oscar Freire St. and its surroundings are known for their luxury stores, but it is very wrong to think that everything there is expensive. In fact, stores concentrate more status than exorbitant prices. Because they are, in general, the largest stores in the chains, they end up receiving stranded products with discounts.

We got to see incredible landmarks, try delicious local food, and learn so much about the city’s culture and history. Everything was well organized, and the pace was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting São Paulo — definitely a 5-star experience!
Amazing Guide - Danilo is Exceptional
What a wonderful, personable, and informative tour this was! Our guide, Danilo, was EXCEPTIONAL! His ability to communicate, adjust, and inform our group of friends was a great way to experience Sâo Paulo. The tour itself was set up in a very nice way to coordinate group preferences and the company is amazing - when a communication error booked us the wrong tour it was immediately handled very professionally. Danilo himself added a very personal perspective to the tour which everyone in our group greatly appreciated.
Amazing Tour & Even Better Tour Guide!
We had an absolutely wonderful tour of São Paulo with Danilo and couldn’t recommend him more highly. He took us all around the city, including Beco do Batman, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the market, and so many other amazing spots. Danilo was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating history, culture, and context throughout the day, along with plenty of funny and memorable stories that made the experience even more enjoyable. Beyond being a great guide, he was genuinely personable, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. He made us feel comfortable immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. Truly a sweetheart and an excellent guide. A perfect introduction to Sao Paulo
A greatest hits tour of SP by car, stopping at many places to get a brief stop - just enough of everything to experience each place while being efficient with time. The guide shared a lot of historical context and current culture information to make it all interesting. Great for small groups or solo.
