😡 I booked a transfer service with this company. A man named Ashraf—who claimed to be the manager—contacted me with offers and referred me to Ayman El-Bakhtawi, who said he was the company owner. I booked a trip with Ayman and agreed on a price, but when the time came for the trip, he demanded an additional fee, stating that I couldn't go—or get a refund—unless I paid it. I was forced to pay, which put me in an extremely embarrassing situation. During the trip, I met other customers receiving the exact same service for a much lower price. These people are scammers, and I will never book with them again. 😡🤬🤬
