Small Group Hot Air Balloon Morocco - Marrakech Balloon Ride

Just fantastic in every way. We were collected from a point near our riad exactly on time (4.40am) and driven by a safe and knowledgeable driver (Youssef) who shared lots of other helpful info and tips about our general trip to Marrakech. He had previously sent us a google maps link and checked we knew where we were being picked up, offered any support needed. 25 min drive to the balloon site and we were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits. We met Youssef (pilot) who was warm and gave a great welcome. He gave a professional briefing of what to expect and we all felt relaxed and excited. We ended up driving to a different spot as the wind was high and Youssef wanted us to have the best flight - it actually added to the adventure off-roading to get to a balloon basket and watching the sail being filled whilst the sun started to creep up - stunningly beautiful. The flight was 40 minutes and we seemed to go higher and further than the other balloons we could see. Youssef encouraged 10 minutes of quiet time when we were at our highest to reflect. It was an emotional experience which I hadn't expected. Utter silence that high in the sky and drifting along without the feel of an engine or sound of motor. No vertigo or motion sickness (I usually get both), just pure high. I couldnt recommend this company enough, it was the trip of a lifetime!

Very good service. It is a small company that dedicates personalized time to tourists. I recommend it! Very beautiful sunrise and very well attended during breakfast afterwards.

The most amazing experience. I researched which company to use and I am so happy we went with this one. Although they are a little more expensive than others, the ease of the trip and the amazing breakfast made it worth every penny! We were picked up after 5 and only had one other stop nearby to pick up two other passengers. We were in the air for sunrise and did not have to wait for a second group to go so after breakfast we were driven right back to the hotel. Our pilot Juan was so funny and informative and we were able to ask any questions we had. The breakfast was the best I had in all of Morocco. Would recommend this tour with this company to everyone!

A magical experience in Marrakech. Prompt pick-up from the medina for the half hour drive outside the city to the balloon launch area. Youssef, the pilot, gave a comprehensive safety briefing and explained everything well, both before and during the flight. We were eight people in a basket for sixteen so plenty of space to move around and take photographs. We took off before sunrise for a flight that lasted about 45 minutes - it was very serene floating over the Marrakech valley and the dozens of other balloons in the sky. A smooth landing and delicious breakfast finished off a great morning. Highly recommended.

The best balloon experience...! The team has a very friendly treatment, from being picked up on the road to being taken. With an added value of a delicious super breakfast...!
