Very disappointing experience with this company. We booked this tour specifically because it was advertised as a 9 hour tour. However, the tour actually lasted only around 6 hours and 30 minutes, approximately 2.5 hours less than advertised. This was a major issue for us, as the duration was one of the main reasons we chose this tour and planned our day around it. The stops were rushed and we did not even have enough time for lunch. What makes the experience even worse is the COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERCIVE afterwards. We have been trying to contact the company for more than a month, both by email and by phone, and have received absolutely no response to any of our emails or calls. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer who is repeatedly trying to resolve a legitimate issue is simply UNACCEPTABLE. Based on our experience, I would definitely not recommend this company.

We had a terrific time with Eduard (Eddie). In addition to the three main sites, he worked hard to add some interesting additional stops. He was excellent at keeping everyone on the tour happy, and determined to show off the best of Iceland.

This is a story of above and beyond—my husband torqued one of his knees and ended up stranded down the hill above Gullfoss Falls unable to walk. I went back up the hill and found our driver, Leifur, and explained our predicament. He jumped into action, and we headed back down the hill where he got under one of John’s shoulders and half carried him back up the hill! He managed to get him back on the tour bus and off we went! Leifur was not yet done with his guardian angel roll. He got (I don’t have a clue how) a wheelchair from the store that was there at the Guyser Park which we had pulled into, placed my very grateful husband in it and got us both situated in the cafeteria while our fellow bus riders went to see the Guyser. Leifur then made arrangements with whom we didn’t know, to have another bus pick us up at BSI and take us back to our bus stop. A long day that could so easily been so much worse. Your company is very lucky to have Leifur on your staff.
