Cook alongside Carlo & Jessie, crafting handmade ravioli from freshly milled wheat flour as laughter fills the air. Raise your glass to life, celebrating the wine traditions of our ancestors. Enjoy a communal feast featuring cheese, olive oil, and wine tastings from award-winning local farmers. Dine under ancient trees by the river (weather permitting), then take a refreshing swim in its crystal-clear waters.
