Skyline Jungle Luge Zipline Adventure

It was an absolutely special and touching adventure for our whole family! Max and Tommi were just incredibly emphatic and made us feel absolutely safe at all times! Food delicious and fresh afterwards! Everything super organized.. THANKS for everything🙏

I told the tour guide at the very start of the tour that I had a 5:00 pm class in Old Town. He confirmed clearly that it would not be a problem and that I could be back on time. The tour finished around 3:00 pm, but we were then forced to wait over 60 minutes for photo transfers — despite the fact that I did not purchase any photo package. There was no reason for customers who did not buy photos to be delayed. When I raised my concern again, the guide admitted we would only arrive by 5:30 pm, directly contradicting what he had promised earlier. He then said the driver would send me first. That also did not happen. Instead, the driver took the entire group to a restaurant stop. I clearly said I did not want to eat and needed to leave. The driver asked where I was going — and then walked away. I later found out from another staff member that the driver was eating, and I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes for everyone else to finish. At that point, multiple simple solutions were available: • I could have been sent first, as promised • I could have been released earlier instead of waiting for photo transfers • A separate car or taxi could have been arranged None of these were attempted. And I wasted my 600 baht class because of this poor arrangement . The reality is clear: once you don’t buy the photo package, they simply don’t care about your time. I finally arrived at 6:20 pm, when my class ended at 6:30 pm. I completely missed a class that cost 600 baht — purely due to this tour’s negligence and lack of accountability. The irony? I was the only person in the group who left a tip. This tour operator shows no respect for customer commitments, makes false time guarantees, and prioritizes upsells over basic responsibility. I strongly advise future travelers not to rely on any schedule promises made by this company.

An out of this world experience!! We did the Buffett, ziplines and then the giant swing. The bus was very bumpy as other reviews mention which me and my partner found funny 🤣 that is all the experience travelling to the top of the beautiful jungle mountains. We stopped off at the jungle restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful overlooking the jungle and we had some yummy Thai food. We then got a truck up the mountains to the start of the ziplines. Instructors were kind, funny and made us feel safe. They also spoke many languages for everyone. We payed for a photo package and they captured the best photos of us and also videos of us doing superman and going over the ziplines. Thank you so much for an amazing day!!

It was a great experience. The staff was excellent. It was the first zipline experience for my fiancee. She liked it very much.

Amazing adventure! Professional staff and safety a priority without taking away from the fun. Would highly recommend.
