Too many facts on far too artworks

The tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about some of the art work she spoke to us about. Having said that to spend 2 hours talking about a handful of pictures in great great great great deal became a bit repetitive and boring. Another issue I had was we had to meet at their office and then walk for about 10-15 minutes at great speed with ZERO INPUT on any of the sights we passed and no time to take a picture or the guide would have faded into the distance. Why did we not just meet at the Uffuzi gallery to start with? All in all as knowledgeable as the guide was I did not enjoy the tour at all

Tour greatly enhanced our experience

Our guide selected specific works to focus on so we would not be overwhelmed, but she also encouraged us to ask questions about anything that interested us, and she explained clearly what was significant about each work, how it was characteristic of its period and how it was innovative for its time. This approach greatly enhanced our appreciation of works we might otherworldly have walked right past.

If looking for only a brief 2 hour highlight, this tour is great. Sebastian was fantastic. Knowledgeable, calm and considerate. Would recommend him highly.
