Well worth it

Fantastic tour of the Prado with Maria. So informative and interesting . The details about the paintings, the artists, the stories were amazing.

Overall disappointed

I was overall very disappointed with this experience and probably would’ve been better off just buying a ticket myself. Our guide, Guia, was not very welcoming (at least to me, and I happened to be the only Black person in the group) and he was very boring and not engaging. His background information about the art felt very disjointed, and it was hard to follow. At the end of the tour, I asked him what his name was and he replied back aggressively, “why?!” I’m highly disappointed I had to pay for this, and I want my money back. I would not recommend especially if the tour guide is Guia, shorter slim guy with glasses who wears a ponytail.
