A Special Tour
It was a great day trip to Alhambra. We got to see the Spanish countryside and learned about the region from our wonderful guide Manuela. She took us to Albyracin (sp?) to see the Alhambra as well as Granada city center first. We had a wonderful and relaxing tour and lunch there. Later we went to Alhambra itself with another guide that was arranged for us. Thank you, Manuela (and our driver Manuel) for a special day!
Great Day
The group was small and the guide was great. Personal, knowledge and very well organized. It was a great balance of learning the history while also having the freedom to wander. I didn’t feel like I was “stuck on a group tour”. Bus and rest stops extremely comfortable!
Beautiful experience, fantastic people.
I am traveling back to Seville, tired but happy. A fantastic tour, although very quick, to see many attractions at the Alhambra and the Generalife Palace. Due to an error during the online booking, I received a tour voucher for December instead of the reservation ticket for the Italian tour on June 27, 2026. My heartfelt and affectionate thanks to Mrs. Cristina, who rebooked the tour in English and Spanish for June 28; to the guide Driss, who with his friendliness, dedication, and limited Italian made our tour enjoyable and fun; to the guide Carlos, who provided us with some information in Italian for a while; and to the guide Alfredo, who helped us with the Italian audio guide menu for 3.5 hours, explaining in Spanish and making himself understood. While traveling, I have already booked the Italian tour from Seville to Córdoba for June 30. Thank you, Naturanda, for making our vacation a happy one through your collaborators. Best tour guide ever
Carmela is the most incredible tour guide you could ask for. The most lovelies human through and through and made this such a wonderful trip. Her personality and support was above and beyond and I hope the company realises how lucky they are to have someone like her!
Disorganization in a language I did not hire.
What kind of lack of professionalism is this? The organization was terrible from start to finish, and the experience was frustrating. First, they delayed the tour by 30 minutes. Then, I was assigned to a group where approximately 70% of the explanation was in French and only 30% in Spanish. I spent a large part of the visit listening to a language I neither speak nor understand. Additionally, the meeting point did not match what I had been told. I was told that I should enter through the second floor, but in the end, they made me enter through the back of a store, causing even more confusion. The staff? Completely lost in space and providing zero help. The woman on the phone saying something and the guy on the second floor making me go back to the first twice. We paid for a guided and organized experience, but what we received was disorganized management and poor communication. I would not recommend this tour.
