Super entertaining and Maria's explanation was very dynamic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Informative, not too long.

Very informative. Definitely for teens and older (as kids would probably be bored). Doing these museums with a tour guide are so great as we would miss or misunderstand so much doing it alone.

Accommodating for someone with hearing loss

We arrived early as I have hearing loss (cochlear implant and hearing aid) and I was concerned I might not be able to fully participate. Ciao Florence was so accommodating, caring and knowledgeable. They tested and made sure their equipment worked with my hearing devices, and Ana, our tour guide, made sure I was near her so I could read lips for further comprehension. She must have been an art history major because she gave us so much interesting info on the role of artists in the Middles Ages vs. the Renaissance. Highly recommend.
