- Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Refuse to give refunds, look elsewhere
Refuse to give us a refund even though we cancelled well before the 24 hour requirement. We had to change our trip to London due the transportation strikes. Our pick up was at 2pm. Viator states that cancellations can be made 24 hours before time of activity. We canceled at 7am the previous day. Tour operator opens at midnight and that is the time they go off of not the time of pick up, which is very unfair.
Late arrival good driver
The driver was excellent but we had to wait for over an hour for him to show up. Not a pleasant way to start a vacation.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport just as planned. He was easy to identify and provided a pleasant trip to the hotel and offered some insight about London.

Our driver, Ahmed was kind, knowledgeable, and full of information as well as gave us a great tour on our way to the hotel.
Wonderful driver
I arrived lgw with añ injury , lost bag, and minimal charge on my phone. The driver was waiting, helped me pickup things I would need.
