Full description

Tapas bars and flamenco shows are a dime a dozen in Seville. But if you don't know how to tell truly great Spanish food and flamenco from the tourist traps, you'll end up disappointed. This Seville tapas and flamenco tour will demystify both of these pillars of local culture with a friendly culinary expert to lead the way. Learn the unwritten rules of eating in Seville and get a primer in flamenco so you can fully appreciate every beat of the passionate performance you'll see.

Note: Unfortunately we are unable to allow children under 6 on this tour due to age restrictions at the flamenco venue. For families traveling with younger kids, we recommend our daytime Tastes, Tapas, & Traditions Tour.
Your Seville tapas and flamenco tour begins the way all great nights here should: inside a buzzing local abacería. Part gourmet shop, part neighborhood bar, this is where Sevillanos gather for a quick vermouth and something exceptional to nibble on. You’ll start with a spread of top-quality cured meats alongside classic small sandwiches like pringá, a deeply traditional slow-cooked pork filling you won’t find just anywhere. With a glass of vermouth poured straight from the barrel in hand, your guide will give you an introduction to all things flamenco.
Next, you’ll step into Seville’s historic Jewish Quarter, where the city’s culinary traditions run deep. At one of its oldest bars, you’ll sit down for a round of timeless classics: slices of Iberian ham, crispy croquetas, and the iconic spinach with chickpeas paired with a chilled glass of manzanilla or beer. Here, your guide will break down the unwritten rules of tapas culture—how to order and how to share.

Then it’s time to head to the show! You're off to the venue housed in a stunning 18th-century palace in Seville’s gorgeous Jewish Quarter. This is authentic flamenco, which means a small stage with no dramatic lights or microphones—just improvised passion. Thanks to your newfound knowledge of this mysterious art, you’ll be able to savor the world-class performance a little more.

Your night continues for one last stop at an authentic Andalusian tapas bar. With a glass of sweet orange wine in hand, you’ll soak up the energy of a place that’s been bringing people together for generations—equal parts neighborhood institution and must-visit for those in the know.

At the end of the tour, you’ll have done so much more than eaten tapas and seen a flamenco show—you’ll understand flamenco’s place in Seville, and it will have found a place in your heart.
