The Cathedral is...

The Cathedral is beautiful but the overall tour experience was not great. When we arrived at the meeting place we were told we should have purchased our tickets separately, even though the Viator ad clearly said these were included. After 15 minutes arguing, they agreed it was included, and we then need to go to a separate church to buy the tix, before going to the cathedral. Once in the cathedral the guide sent us up the bell tower (Giralda) unaccompanied, which took>20 minutes of the 90 minute 'tour'. The time we were in the cathedral was OK although she was very focused on the art (as an art student) and provided less insight into the historical aspects. As an overall experience given the cost it was underwhelming.

Good experiences

Great with Julián, but his bosses strictly enforced their efficiency when managing the entries; I am not referring to Julián but to the people who had to manage the visit.
