NATURANDA in SEVILLA is not serious and very expensive
Very disappointed by NATURANDA in SEVILLA. We bought tickets for the Alcazar on May 8th and on May 16th we were told by email that our reservation was canceled without explanation !!!! Otherwise, we had very expensive tickets for the Giralda and the Cathedral with a guide who only let us in. Our audio guides were our phones
A scam, they do not buy the tickets.
They are a disaster; they do not buy the tickets on time for the Cathedral of Seville. I booked the tour for the Alcázar, the Cathedral, and the Giralda, but since they had not purchased the tickets in advance, they only offered to do the Alcázar, two hours after the agreed time. I bought a tour with three visits, not just one. They did not give us any option to change the date, only to do one visit, and on top of that, they said that since the tickets for the Alcázar were already purchased, they would not refund the full amount of the tour. It is a scam; if you do not fulfill the entire contract and complete activities, you must refund everything. I have filed a complaint.
Request for reimbursement.
Do not book tickets via tour. On May 19, at the cathedral site, tickets were not available. We are awaiting a reimbursement of 195 euros (39 euros x 5 people).
Terrible service
Do not use them. You just overpay them to get you into the cathedral. The guide doesn’t stay with you to tell you anything. They just give you an app.

Wonderful tour! Loved the history and beautiful facility. Guide provided good historic facts. Would recommend.
