Do not Book tour Scam
We did not get on bus. Tried to get a place back on bus for earlier time and it was not possible. Very few return times. Lost my money
Crowded bus
The bus was crowded so make sure you get there early. The discounts in a lot of the stores aren't massive but you can boost it with an extra 10% if you join McArthur Glen. Also you can get the tax back if you are from outside EU make sure you ask for a firm with your purchases over €70.

Well organized, everything was on time (departure to the outlet and back), comfortable bus, clear instructions. Affordable price
Smooth transport shopping experience
Very straightforward and simple Get on the bus , get off the bus. We got on at Milan Centalè left on time but took almost an hr to get out of town and picked up Another group on the way. Drive was smooth and we got there in under 2 hrs. Well worth the visit. Was a smooth ride back too comfortable reliable and on time.

The pick up point is near to Milan central train station, very easy to locate. Bus is punctual, it take 90min to reach the outlet.
