Pompeii from. Naples Cruise Terminal
Pick up directly outside the Naples cruise terminal was on time. Drop off with tickets at entry at Pompeii. Delayed return by 20 minutes but kept informed by a representative who was on hand at Pompeii.
A day at Pompeii
We did an audio tour of Pompeii, it was a little difficult to find the audio portions and match them to the ruins. Definitely need a head set, playing audio out loud seemed disruptive for others. The process was fairly seamless from our cruise ship however the ride was not. It felt like the van we were on was going to fall apart with every bump in the road. I think a bus would have been more comfortable. The ruins are amazing and a must see.
Pompeii Tour, terrible transfer
Trip to Pompeii. Great place, poorly organised trip! Driver was late collecting us from the pickup point in Naples, he was also very abrupt. Dropped our tour at the checking desk without any explanation other than be back for 13.50, he then vanished. Came back to find the driver wasn’t there and we were being added to another return vehicle for transfer back to Naples. As they didn’t have us on the list we were almost missed off this too! Made a lovely tour a little stressful, more care needed on the transfer front.
Great transfer service from cruise port to Pompeii
Giovanni was a wonderful driver and tour guide. He brought us to Pompeii and picked us up and took us on a little tour of Naples. Very nice and friendly gentleman, we used a translate app to help to understand each other. I would definitely recommend him for a transport service.
