Self guided tour was great for us to fit in when we had some time, versus needing to be at a certain place at a certain time.
North End Boston tips
We found it very difficult to get started. The name of the tour was not available as an EXACT same title which made it hard for us to find the correct match. Had to call the number provided. A person did answer the first time I called so that was good. We finally got it to work and then it was a helpful audio tour. We didn’t care for the voice - he sounded too much like Rocky’s trainer, Burgess Meredith. But otherwise the content was helpful.
Boston Walking Tour
The walking, self tour was excellent! It gave a great deal more information than another tour I took the following day from our cruise ship. I highly recommend it.
