Itinerary
Once inside, your knowledgeable guide ushers you through the extensive subterranean network, created when Parisian leaders undertook the greatest civil engineering project of their time to address the overcrowding in their city's cemeteries. Tour the Catacombs' main tunnels to discover a city of dead beneath the City of Lights and then explore two special access tunnels.

Do yourself a favor and do this! You won’t ever forget it. This is a great history lesson and very informative.
This is an expensive tour but for what you get, its all so amazing going to areas usually not open to the public!

Amazing and fun experience
Great tour! We were so excited to get tickets after the renovation, as visiting the Catacombs was high on our list of must-do experiences in Paris. Johny was a wonderful guide and shared so many interesting stories and details about the Catacombs’ history. One of the biggest perks of the tour was getting access to a few extra areas that regular visitors don’t get to see — it definitely made the experience feel even more special. A few people in our group turned back early because of claustrophobia, so that’s something to keep in mind when booking. My only challenge was the spiral staircases going up and down, which made me pretty dizzy, but it was absolutely worth it. Overall, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience that should not be missed while visiting Paris!
