Full description

We’ll kick off your adventure at one of Saigon’s most iconic street food markets. We'll go for Bánh Xèo - crispy Vietnamese pancakes filled with beef and Fresh local herbs. You’ll also master the technique of Rolling them like a local, with rice paper. Next, it’s time to embrace southern flavors with a rare and unique treat: Hairy Ark Clams, prepared Ho Chi Minh City-style with a generous dash of Black Pepper.
 Pull up a tiny stool, as the locals do, and join us at a friendly street vendor for a bite of the legendary Bánh Mì—Vietnam’s beloved sandwich. To wash it down, we’ll sample 3 refreshing herbal juices.
We indulgence with Local Chocolate. 
After a bit of a walk, we try a nourishing soup made with beef, tendons, and coconut milk.
On Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street, we’ll stop to savor the traditional broken rice dish served with juicy pork.  
Our journey ends on a high note with Salted coffee, served in one of the city’s most fascinating spots.

Vietnam’s cocoa trees, paired with French culinary finesse, mean one thing: chocolate indulgence is a must. 

And after a bit of a walk, for something heartier, we’ll try a nourishing soup made with beef, tendons, and coconut milk - a truly unforgettable dish.
  As we stroll down one of Saigon’s coolest pedestrian streets, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, we’ll stop to savor Cơm Tấm, the traditional broken rice dish served with succulent pork.  

Our journey ends on a high note with Hue Salted coffee, a delightful twist on a classic brew, served in one of the city’s most fascinating and vibrant spots.
