Your tour begins at Hunter's Station, a former garage on Main Street now home to local businesses that reflect how East Nashville reinvents itself without losing its roots. You'll start with a double cheeseburger, the right introduction to what this neighborhood values most.
From there, you'll stop by the "I Believe in Nashville" mural to enjoy a Bee Bite, a sweet-and-savory Yemeni pastry stuffed with cream cheese and drizzled with honey, showing off the neighborhood's evolving global food scene. Next comes a Southern table staple done right, a 2-bone rib served southern style.
No tour through East Nashville would be complete without hot chicken, and ours is fiery, layered, and sourced from a neighborhood spot that takes it seriously. You'll also try a crispy catfish taco at a spot that's become a quiet anchor of the Five Points food scene.
To close things out, we've included a surprise Secret Bite that captures the heart of the city's cuisine.
