We will focus our time during our tour in the beautiful and still authentic Jordaan area. Here you can see the influences of early French immigration and the reason Rembrandt decided to spend his remaining years in this wonderful enclave.

We'll start with traditional homemade pancakes called "Poffertjes."
Next, you'll sample some of the best Dutch cheeses.You'll visit a local fishmonger and dine on herring and our traditional kibbeling, battered chunks of fish.
We'll taste bittenballen, a local favorite.
As with all our tours, there's our delicious Secret Dish.
* Please Note that our Sunday tour slightly changes: in place of traditional Herring, we will enjoy Broodjr Half Om, a traditional Jewish sandwich of pickled meat and Liver sausage.
