Next, we’ll visit a retro-style tavern near the Barbican, once filled with trattorias and wine cellars. Here, you’ll sample pickled cucumbers, sip on Polish beer, and share a sweet farewell shot, the Polish way of toasting friendship. As we stroll through the Barbican and Old Market Square, we go for pierogi. End this with a Gofr, the Polish waffle. And, as with all our tours, there’s our Secret Dish.
