Refund issies
I am very disappointed in this company. We heard wonderful things about them and booked a cruise for five friends on a Monday afternoon. They canceled ourtrip about an hour before it was scheduled to go. We had trip insurance and was told we will receive a refund. It has been over a week and multiple calls and the refund has still not been processed. We had to book with a different company that same day. They said they canceled because of weather, but all of the other boats were still running. We had a lovely cruise with no issues. We were very disappointed when they canceled, but we ended up paying for two different cruises that day and still haven’t received our refund. Everyone I’ve spoke with has been very nice at the company, but no one is able to seem to help me get the refund. I’ve been told multiple times they will call me back and they never do. This came as a High recommendation from our hotel so I’m very disappointed in the outcome.

It was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed the beautiful area and fun ride. Drinks served to our seat and interesting facts about the local area.
