Good to know
- It is recommended to book transport to the departure point in advance. Please also allow extra time to get to the departure point for check-in. We advise you arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour departure to allow time to check-in for the tour. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the bus or refund for any late arrivals.
- Return times are approximate and subject to road conditions and weather. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for any onward travel plans, allowing at least 3 hours after the scheduled return time for connections or activities.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
- In cases of extreme weather, the Loch Ness boat cruise may be cancelled on short notice. If you have purchased ticket for this you will be refunded.
- Children under 5 years old, including infants who do not require a seat, are not permitted to travel. We are unable to accommodate any child under the age of 5.
- The tour may operate with our sister company, HAGGiS Adventures.
- If downloading an audio guide, remember to bring your headset.
- Due to vehicle availability, there may be instances where this tour runs on a bigger bus.
- The order of the itinerary route is subject to change.

Beyond five stars
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! The Highland & Loch Ness tour was an unforgettable experience, and Scott made it exceptional. He was kind, energetic, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. His enthusiasm for the Highlands was contagious, making every story and stop fascinating. Scott regularly checked that everyone was comfortable, whether it was the temperature or if anyone was feeling travel sick, and he made plenty of photo stops at breathtaking viewpoints. His great sense of humour kept everyone entertained throughout the journey. I also really appreciated that there were pre-recorded audio guides available in different languages. They were perfect for anyone whose first language isn't English or for anyone who wanted to listen again in case they missed something. I honestly can't imagine a better way to explore the Highlands. On my own, I wouldn't even have known where to begin or how to find so many incredible places. Highly recommended!
Highland and Loch Ness tour
Great experience and very fun! Scott was the best tour guide and gave great history facts but also kept it humorous. There was detours on the road but didn’t stop us from getting to see everything and more! Sheep, horses, emus, coos and of course we kept out eyes out for nessie. Highly recommend
Greatest journey so far
An extremely great trip, amazing places, great organization. Huge thanks for the experience. The price was also great, and it worth it, I can say that. Scott is the best, he was very funny, told a huge amount of storys, interesting facts, he was also very helpful, he is a very good guy. It was like a family trip.
