- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
- In cases of extreme weather, the Loch Ness boat cruise may be cancelled on short notice. If you have purchased ticket for this you will be refunded.
- Children under 5 years old, including infants who do not require a seat, are not permitted to travel. We are unable to accommodate any child under the age of 5.
- The tour may operate with our sister company, HAGGiS Adventures.
- If downloading an audio guide, remember to bring your headset.
- Due to vehicle availability, there may be instances where this tour runs on a bigger bus.

Travel and knowledge
Alex is an excellent guide, very kind, he told us many stories about the places we visited and also about the places we passed by while looking from the van. It was very entertaining and we were able to learn part of Scotland's history. The bus is very comfortable and allows you to leave your bags while you visit. I definitely recommend the tour and Alex as a guide.
