Horrible customer service
I made a mistake on my reservation on the date. Viator couldnât help me so called the tour operator. They were able to change the date without any issue. This should be done by Viator. We are going on the correct date in November.
Pleasant adventure
To come relaxed and opened to enjoy ~ food and service was exceptional. Atmosphere stunning. Very informative.
Everything was good
Great customer service. We enjoyed everything, food was good but the grits were cold.. They just needed to be heated up a little longer.
Temperature extremes.
It is extremely chilly inside where you eat. Bring a sweater or jacket. To the point also that your food gets cold quickly. Waitress barely came to our table. We were halfway through our first plate before any beverages were offered. Outside was the opposite extreme, but thatâs Savannah! However, the dark colored chairs on upper deck were unusable due to their temperature. The food was marginal. Bacon was not crisp at all, and sausage although cooked were not brown. The food selection is very small for the price tag. But I guess youâre also getting a 90 min guided tour down the river. Overall not worth it in my opinion.
