- Due to reformation works, the stadium is not wheelchair accesible as there numerous stairs along the route
- Please, take note that there are many stairs along the route and there are no facilities to leave strollers.
- Note that the gate through which you must enter the stadium will be the one located in Av. Concha Espina

Tour guide was not at the starting point of the stadium tour at the booked time. No admission with our tickets either!

This was a fantastic tour, myself & my son really enjoyed the experience & would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Madrid as a must see.
Rubbish Service
We were not given entry to the Stadium as the ticket we downloaded did not work. No representative from the Tour Company turned up and we had to go and buy two tickets from the official main box office at a cost of Euro84. We are expecting a full refund for the tickets we purchased at £114.51 for a service NOT provided by Viator.
First time in Spain
Nice tour , wish we would be able to see the locker rooms or tunnel to the field. I took Some nice pictures and bought a jersey.
