Fantastic experience with Sherpa food tours and Maya
Our Sherpa Food Tour with Maya ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our time in Buenos Aires. From the moment we met her, it felt like we were exploring the city with a friend who genuinely loves sharing its food, history, and culture. Every stop was exceptional, and somehow each one topped the last. The wines were outstanding, the Argentine beef was unbelievably tender and flavorful, and the fried Argentine cheese was simply unforgettable. I would go back to Buenos Aires just to eat that cheese again! And the empanada? Without question, it was the best empanada I have ever had. What really made the experience special was Maya herself. She was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, making every stop feel personal rather than scripted. We never felt rushed, and she made sure everyone had a great time. If you are visiting Buenos Aires, do yourself a favor and book this tour early in your trip. It will give you a real appreciation for Argentine food and culture, and you will leave with a full stomach and some wonderful memories. Thank you, Maya, for an experience we will be talking about for years!
