We'll get started in the market to see what's fresh & whet your appetite, then it's off for a great city walk to learn the history of the region & its culture. Along the way we will lunch on pintxos, AKA Basque tapas, at 3 of our favourite bars! From the modern to the traditional, from sea urch to foie gras, heriloom meats to pigs ears if you're feeling it.
