- The child must be between 4 and 11 years old and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators.
- Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 12 years old. Passengers must be at least 4 years old and they will not be allowed to drive.
- During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Beware of the ATV staff @Sintai
BEWARE! ATV booked for 2 adults, on arrival we were rushed from start to finish of the tour. They were trying to scam us saying only 1 adult to ride making the other a passenger. I insisted we paid for 2 adults. The main office was closed for checking the booking, but I did not accept their word. Finally, they agreed and we got 30mins. It rained heavily and we were soaking wet. No towels offered to dry off, just put in the tour van and sent off. We were not impressed. A RIP OFF for what we paid! Gilly B

Very nice experience! My son enjoyed very much as it was his first experience. However it was bit expensive (specially for the co-passenger sitting on back)
Great ATV experience in the jungle
We had booked this quad bike experience at the end of a great tour with hot springs, Emerald pool, blue lagoon and the Tiger Temple and it was a great conclusion. Very nice course, depending on the skill of the rider the difficulty was adjusted. It was super fun and you drive through the jungle and a rubber plantation. So from us an absolute recommendation! Great service from the ATV team!
