Good to know
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the towers, even if accompanied by an adult. They need to remain downstairs with an adult. Please mention the age of your children (if accompanied by them) when booking
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.

- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
Traveler reviews
Amigo Tours does not inspire confidence in me.
We booked the visit with Civitatis and Amigo Tours was the operator in charge. It was on June 8, 2026. 2 days before, Amigo Tours sent us a WhatsApp saying that due to "logistical problems they would not be able to operate the tour" (their exact words). Translation: Pope Leo XIV was in Barcelona to bless the tower of Jesus Christ and there was a lot of demand to visit the Sagrada Familia. So, Amigo Tours tried to cancel our reservation from Civitatis (because it took up their capacity) to resell it at a much higher price than what Civitatis was paying them... In fact, we had bought the ticket on the official website 2 months in advance and, without giving us any options, they refunded our money and canceled our visit. Conclusion: I found it unprofessional and not serious on the part of Amigo Tours. I felt that they wanted to take advantage of me. The tour was guided by Marta. She was kind and helpful, but I was left wanting more. We completed our visit with information from ChatGPT. Advice: do not pay a fortune by booking the tour through a reseller like a travel agency or app. If you can, buy it on the official website with an audio guide; I don't think there is much difference in terms of the context of the information. You will do it at your own pace and you will save A LOT of money.
Good Tour That Gets You Inside
This was a good tour to get the basic understanding of the history. The organization at the beginning is a little chaotic because they are trying to get as many people through this as possible but once you get going it all works out. Our tour guide was very informative but he spoke quickly, so at times it was hard to understand him. Biggest takeaway… IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOU WEAR. We went to our hotel beforehand to change into pants and modest clothing due to the restrictions online. People were in short shorts, tank tops, spaghetti straps, clubbing clothes. It really did not matter. Maybe it changed from day to day but when we went nobody seemed to care. The tour is good because you get into the basilica then you can go back and look at things after the tour. Overall, good basic tour of the Basilica.
I do not recommend, there is no contact...
I arrived on time, but was in the wrong meeting place, and no one returned or looked for me, I was sending a message and nothing to return, the chat app itself for conversation the answer comes after 3 hours...suming I paid and not even access to the tickets I had already paid
Unforgettable guided tour with the guide Paula!
Our guide Paula was excellent. You explained every detail in a very interesting way. I highly recommend the visit with Paula.
Well-worth the investment in a private tour
A private tour of Sagrada Familia is well-worth the investment. The opportunity to interact with your guide, explore your questions in depth, and pace the visit to your interests truly enhances the experience. Our guide, Cristina, was absolutely delightful and an had an astounding fund of knowledge and insights. Don’t miss this!
