Traveler reviews
Good guide but overpriced
The guide was good but the tour was limited , did not receive information on tower access and price was double entry charge, not worth the extra money.
Exceptional Guide
Exceptional guide with plenty of knowledge to impart but not overwhelm. Patient with questions.
Morning colors
We opted for the early morning guided private tour. It was the perfect call. Our guide was friendly informative and entertaining. It wasn’t crowded yet and the morning sun illuminating the stained glass was stunning. Came away with plenty of history on both the Sagrada and Gaudi. Highly recommended.
Very informative with tower access!
A 1 hour tour inside and outside the cathedral . Our guide Luis was exceptional. Did not stop talking for the whole time giving us all the information we needed plus the opportunity to ask questions at any time. You are supplied with ear buds and headset to be able to hear him wherever you stand. At the end of the tour those with tower access were allowed to go up but with no guide (none is needed). You could spend as long as you wanted in the tower and then in the cathedral. Very happy with this option. It was also the only tour I could find with tower access on the day I needed as I only booked a few weeks prior. There are limited numbers allowed up the tower so book early!
